What Brings You Here?

  • Are you longing for more energy, vibrancy and enthusiasm?

  • Experiencing stomach pains—gas, bloating, painful discomfort?

  • Are you feeling stressed out and having difficulty focusing?

  • Are you stuck in habits that you want to change, but don’t know where to begin?

  • Perhaps it’s the human experience that’s purely overwhelming as you process grief, loss, disappointment, loneliness. I’ve had all these feelings and can help.

The feelings that make you feel “meh” or perhaps worse than that, are notifications from your body asking you for a change.

I can help you. I’ve worked through overwhelm, feelings of unworthiness, grief, stomach pains and discomfort. And as I look towards 50, I am feeling better than I ever have before in my life. I am more joyful, have more strength, endurance, and enthusiasm than I have ever had before. I often wish I started some of the habits I have now, decades ago, but no matter, I am here now and want to help you too.

You already have the answers you are looking for—they live inside you.
You can envision what it would be like to feel better than you feel right now. Our truest nature speaks volumes of wisdom, if only we listen. Though sometimes it is hard to know how to hear that inner voice, it can guide us on our path. The voices in our head can seem so noisy sometimes, it is hard to know what voice to listen to. We have competing priorities, we can’t decide, we’ve lost focus and motivation and can’t seem to get started.

Often what is stopping us from thriving isn’t that we don’t know the way—it’s our inability to follow our internal wisdom. We get sidetracked by trying to please or accommodate others, or feeling overwhelmed by the enormity of change we think we need to make. The first step to creating the life you want is to trust yourself.

You don’t have to go it alone. While you are forging a new path, I can listen and help you find your way to a sense of greater well-being.

Some people I have worked with are simply overwhelmed by life. It’s understandable. There has never been a time of information overload as we have today. With the digital world, and hustle culture, we have things coming at us at a rapid pace. Where to put your focus? How to create focus? These are real problems that are getting us stuck.

When we work together, I will help you find your internal compass. I will be your guide on your side, helping you see your solutions to your unique issues through careful, intentional listening, thoughtful feedback and support. I believe you have what you need to be successful and through re-connecting with yourself, you will find your way through current challenges.

“Susan has provided me thoughtful and cherished support over many years. I trust her guidance and encouragement to believe I know myself. We have discussed how I can make purposeful decisions for my own happiness and destiny and she lives as an example of doing that for herself too.”

“When I talk with Susan, I am always struck by how solid and steady her thinking is, there is no rush to judgement. We have talked about many things, deep things life-altering things, and I always come out of our conversations feeling heard and supported and with a broader perspective. I am learning to trust myself that in difficult times or indecision, that the answers will come.”
