My driving philosophy is that wellness encompasses our whole being—mind, body and spirit.

I find that movement, art/creativity, and nature help get is in tune with these parts of ourselves. It’s a practice, not a destination, it is an ongoing, changing process as our needs change and we stay in tune with ourselves.

My approach is to help you find yourself, reconnect with what your current needs are, and how to meet them. I typically set up a series of six 50-minute sessions, scheduled every other week at a mutually agreed upon time. We explore what is going on for you and your unique situation, and we create a plan to delve into the issues you want to process while we work together. Over the twelve weeks, we will track progress toward goals, understand what roadblocks come up and what has been learned along the way.

Life is a journey, much of it we go alone, but it sure is nice to have someone in our corner, by our side, to help us along the way. I enjoy being of service to you in your journey.
